Sale of Ecoservice
We are pleased to announce that Superia acted as the financial adviser to BaltCap and the management on the sale of the leading Lithuanian environmental solutions company Ecoservice to Eco Baltia, the leading Baltic waste management group backed by INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund.
The Ecoservice Group consists of several companies operating in sectors including household waste management, recycling and construction waste collecting as well as other environmental based services. The company employs about 900 employees in Lithuania and had revenues of €35m in 2020.
