airBaltic successfully completes €40m tap issue related to its €340m outstanding high-yield bond

Superia, jointly with STJ Advisors, acted as independent financial advisers to Latvian national airline airBaltic on the €40m tap issue related to its €340m outstanding high-yield bonds. The proceeds will support airBaltic’s liquidity requirements and future fleet expansion plans. The issue was priced at a discount to the previous closing price on the back of strong trading momentum and supportive market conditions. The transaction was well received by investors with demand reaching c. €125m, coming mainly from international accounts.

Superia and STJ Advisors advised the issuer on all aspects of the transaction.
