Acquisition of Impuls and Lemon Gym sport club chains

We are pleased to announce that Superia acted as the sole financial adviser to Longevity Fund, a newly established company managed by investment company Aggressive Capital, in acquiring management and consulting company Exercise Investment, managing Impuls and Lemon Gym sport club chains.

Aggressive Capital is a commercial and residential real estate investment fund management company licensed by the Bank of Lithuania. Launched in 2020, the company manages closed-end investment funds for informed investors. Its newly established and managed company Longevity Fund acquired 88.1% of the shares of the management and consulting company Exercise Investment and gained sole control of it.

Exercise Investment controls companies Impuls LTU and Gym LT, which operate Impuls and Lemon Gym sports clubs.
