Tuuleenergia sold to Lietuvos Energija
BaltCap and certain minority shareholders have concluded the sale of Tuuleenergia OÜ, an owner and operator of Estonia’s newest 18 MW onshore wind park to Lietuvos Energija.
Superia Corporate Finance acted as the sole financial adviser to the sellers on the transaction.
