Transporent acquired Veho Rent
Superia acted as the financial adviser to Transporent LTD (SIXT Baltics), in the acquisition of Veho Rent Oy Ab, an independent SIXT franchise in Finland, from Veho Group.
Transporent LTD, operating as an independent SIXT franchise partner since 2010, has a consolidated turnover of EUR 63 million and boasts a fleet of over 7,000 vehicles.
