Elektrons S, a cable TV and internet service provider in Jūrmala, sold to Baltcom
We are pleased to announce that Superia acted as the sole financial adviser to the shareholders of Elektrons S, an internet service provider and cable TV operator in Jūrmala, in the sale of 100% shareholding to Baltcom. The transaction will allow Baltcom to modernize the network of Elektrons S and expand its operations in Jūrmala.
