ABLV Bank mortgage loan portfolio sold to Citadele banka
We are pleased to announce that Superia acted as the sole financial adviser to ABLV Bank on the sale of their mortgage loan portfolio to Citadele banka. The portfolio consists of several thousand mortgage loans with a total exposure above EUR 170 million. The transaction is a major milestone in the ABLV Bank liquidation process.
The planned completion date of the transaction is in the second half of 2021.
